Hotel Babylon smješten je u gospodarsko orijentiranoj Sv. Nedelji, uz glavnu cestu između Zagreba i Samobora. Udaljen je svega 15 minuta vožnje od centra Zagreba i 2 minute vožnje od Samobora, te autoputa na zapadnom ulazu u Republiku Hrvatsku. Otvoren je početkom 90-ih kao prvi privatni hotel u Hrvatskoj, a profilirao se u poslovni hotel koji je uz individualni pristup svakom gostu i vrhunsku uslugu ubrzo našao put do svoje klijentele. Restoran ima ukupno 120 mjesta, a poslovao je od 1977. godine i bio je među vodećim restoranima u Hrvatskoj. Kroz svojih je 35 godina poslovanja postao svojevrstan brend i kao takav prepoznatljiv i van naših granica. It is near lake, walking paths, sports facilities, adrenaline park, shopping centers, petrol stations and car wash. It was opened in the early 90s as the first private hotel in Croatia, emphasising business hotel with individual approach to each guest offering superior service. It is categorized with 3 * and has 24 rooms (44 beds in 1/3, 5/1 and 18/2 rooms), providing all the amenities for a pleasant stay. It has its own restaurant, laundry room and parking for 40 vehicles.
