Resort „Stancija Glavica“ (Pazin) je predviđeno kao buduće obiteljsko (turističko naselje), koje će se prostirati na površini od 53.534 m2. Naselje se nalazi oko 25 km od mora (Rovinj, Pula, Poreč) te 3 km od Istarskog ipsilona. Komplet naselje je osmišljeno kao jedna jedinstvena cijelina od kuća za odmor i rekreaciju ili za prodaju svakog posjeda zasebno. Na Stanciji Glavica gradit će se 26 objekta, od toga 22 vile sa bazenima, tri poslovno – stambena objekta, vinski podrum, sportsko rekreaciona zona i golf vježbalište. Stambeni objekti (vile) su veličine od 200-300 m2 bruto površine. Poslovno – stambeni objekti su veličine 350-400 m2, od toga: objekat A: mini market, restoran, poslovni prostor (recepcija i dva apartmana na I. katu), objekat B: poslovni prostor za rekreaciju – Wellnes – SPA centar i na I. katu dva apartmana, objekat C: poslovni prostor – fitness i na I. katu dva apartmana. Veličine parcela su od 750 m2 do 1.600 m2. Za projekt budućeg naselja, postoje lokacijske dozvole za obiteljske kuće (vile), prometnice, kanalizacijsku i vodovodnu mrežu i trafostanicu. Naselje se nalazi na osami i biti će zatvorenog tipa.

The resort „Stancija Glavica“ (Pazin) is planned as a future family (tourist) village, spreading on 53.534 m2. The resort is located about 25 km from the sea (Rovinj, Pula, Poreč) and 3 km from the „Istrian Y (main road)“. The entire village is planned as a unique complex of houses for leisure and recreation or of separate villas sold individually, that is, each land plot should be sold individually. There will be 26 object built on Stancija Glavica, of which are 22 villas with swimming pools, three business – residential facilities, wine cellar, sports and recreation zone and golf training course. The residential buildings (villas) are the size of 200 – 300 m2 brutto area. The business – residential buildings are the size of 350 – 400 m2, of which: facility A: mini market, restaurant, business premises (reception and two apartments on the first floor), facility B: business premises for recreation, Wellness, SPA centre, and two apartments on the first floor, facility C: business premises, fitness and two apartments on the first floor. The land plots are of size 750 m2 to 1.600 m2. For the project of the future village, we have obtained legally valid location permits for family houses (villas), road with public lighting, sewer, water mains and storm drainage and a substation with low voltage line.
