Građevinsko zemljište u naselju Hrvatskog olimpijskog centra Bjelolasica, 27 km zapadno od Ogulina. Sastoji se od 9 parcela smještenih u dva nivoa. Zemljište je udaljeno 30-ak minuta vožnje automobilom do Kvarnera što pruža mogućnost boravka u planinskom i mediteranskom okruženju.

Building plot of land located within the Croatian Olympic Centre-Bjelolasica resort, 27 km west of Ogulin. It consists of 9 land plots over two levels. On 8 plots the construction of individual houses (ski chalets) has already started. There is a possibility to build on the remaining 9th plot, further two houses of the same size or one larger one. The plots are situated on the most attractive LOCATION within the resort of Bjelolasica, with its own direct access. The main attraction is the virtual possibility to be on the ski track literally from the door step. To the rear and to the left of the plots are trees and forrest. From the front aspect there is an uninterupted view of the tourist village, and to the right of the plots are views over the ski slopes.
